Mona Bielig, PhD – PostDoc<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mona is a postdoctoral researcher in environmental psychology at the ECo-Lab at the University of Konstanz and is additionally affiliated with Seeburg University. Her research tries to better understand how to use psychology and human behavioural science for climate change mitigation and adaptation. At the University of Konstanz, she is co-coordinating an international study to measure how heatwaves impact our (social) cognition. At Seeburg University, she works on EU Energy transition projects, researching how models from psychology can be applied to foster behavioural change and increase technology acceptance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Moana Dr\u00fce \u2013 PhD Student<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Moana is a PhD student at the University of Vienna in the SCAN Unit<\/a> and an affiliate of the ECo Group. Her research focuses on the psychological impacts of climate change and how our behaviours can influence environmental outcomes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Celina Kacperski<\/strong> \u2013 Postdoc<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Celina is a postdoctoral researcher in environmental psychology at the ECo-Lab at the University of Konstanz. She researches how to incentivize sustainable behaviours and mitigate climate change effects with behaviour change and technology adoption. She also studies responses and attitudes to policies targeting sustainability goals. Her work usually requires an interdisciplinary perspective, combining psychological and cognitive sciences with political and computational sciences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Boryana Todorova, MSc – PhD student<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Boryana is a PhD student at the University of Vienna in the SCAN Unit<\/a> and an affiliate of the ECo Group. In her PhD project, she investigates how people make pro-environmental decisions, which factors drive or hinder them, and which brain mechanisms underlie this type of decision-making. By combining functional magnetic resonance imaging, computational modelling, and a large-scale international survey approach, she aims to advance our understanding of these processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
